1. INTRODUCTION, AND POLICY OBJECTIVE
Unstuck by LexCounsel, Inc. (“LexCounsel”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “Unstuck” or “us”) is committed to maintaining the privacy, confidentiality, and security of information processed through its AI-powered contract analysis and negotiation strategy platform (the “Platform”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy is intended to:
Disclose how data is collected, processed, stored, transferred, and protected
Establish clear boundaries regarding Unstuck’s responsibilities

2. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES

Prevails only with respect to privacy matters; all other issues are governed by the Terms of Use
In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Use shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3. VOLUNTARY NATURE OF DATA SHARING
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
There is no statutory or contractual obligation requiring you to provide personal data to Unstuck
Any data shared with Unstuck is provided voluntarily
Certain features may be unavailable if you choose not to provide specific information
Unstuck shall not be liable for reduced functionality arising from incomplete or inaccurate data provided by you.
4. DEFINITIONS AND DATA CLASSIFICATIONS
4.1 Personal Data
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to:

IP address and device identifiers

Unstuck does not require and strongly discourages the upload of:

Any such data uploaded is done at the User’s sole risk.
4.3 Non-Personal and Aggregated Data
Includes anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify an individual, such as:
Usage metrics
Feature adoption data
System performance logs
Aggregated analytics
Unstuck retains full ownership of Non-Personal Data.

Unstuck processes data for the following purposes:
Account creation, authentication, and access control
Provision, operation, maintenance, and improvement of Services
AI-driven contract analysis and negotiation strategy generation
Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
Customer support, issue resolution, and communications
Billing, payments, and subscription management
Analytics, benchmarking, and internal research
Compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
Enforcement of agreements and protection of legal rights
Where required by law, processing is based on:
User consent
Contractual necessity

7. AI-SPECIFIC DATA USE SAFEGAURDS
To protect Users and Unstuck:
Customer data is not used to train Unstuck’s AI models
AI Outputs are generated dynamically and contextually
Unstuck does not perform autonomous legal or commercial decision-making
Unstuck does not independently verify legal correctness of content
Users remain solely responsible for validating outputs before use.
8. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURES
Unstuck may share data strictly on a limited, need-to-know basis with vetted service providers, including:

The Services are strictly intended for individuals 18 years or older. Unstuck does not knowingly collect data from minors.
If such data is identified, Unstuck will delete it promptly without notice.

15. DISCLAMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Unstuck is not responsible for data accuracy provided by Users
Unstuck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from data use
Users assume responsibility for content uploaded and reliance on outputs
16. POLICY UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
Unstuck may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
17. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent that:
You are legally competent
You have authority to bind any entity you represent
Your use complies with applicable laws
18. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws specified in the Terms of Use.
